An introduction from Emilia Shuttleworth, our apprentice office administrator who recently started with us at Urban Green:
“Hello, my name is Emilia. I chose to pursue an apprenticeship because I felt that college wasn’t the right path for me. Having worked since the age of 14, I’ve developed a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
When searching for an apprenticeship, I wanted to find a place where I could not only learn but also grow, gain valuable experience, and truly enjoy my work. When I came across Urban Green’s Level 3 Business Administration course, I knew it was the perfect fit especially because of my passion for geography and urban design.
Fast forward to today, and I’m now in my second week at Urban Green. I’m really enjoying it so far! Everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I’m excited for the future and the opportunities to develop and progress within the company.”
