About us

We are a design and environmental practice who specialise in landscape architecture, urban design, landscape planning, arboriculture and ecology.

Our teams work together to overcome challenges and provide clients with solutions and expert advice. We are driven by a shared desire to make a positive impact on people, places and the environment.

Based in Manchester, we work with clients and on projects across the UK.

Diverse teams with a shared vision.

We’re innovative and don’t feel encumbered by traditional ways of doing things and pride ourselves on finding new ways to solve virtually any problem that a client brings to us.

We work closely with our clients and listen to them – a lot. By staying open to new ideas, we remain one step ahead.

Meet the team

Martin King Managing Director

Martin is a natural leader and designer with over 25 years' experience of leading a wide range of projects within the built environment.

Karen O’Shea Associate

Karen leads our expert Arboriculture team, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of service. Her years of experience as both an arboricultural consultant and local authority tree officer means she has a clear understanding of what is required on both sides of the table.

Karen was a 100m and 200m sprint champion in school but these days she prefers a more leisurely walk around a National Trust garden, followed by cream tea of course.
