Easter Bake Off for Dr Kershaw’s Hospice

Urban Green held another charity bake off in support of Dr Kershaw’s Hospice—this time with an Easter theme

There was a range of bakes, from a massive chocolate egg cake to chick cupcakes. The team presented their bakes this morning in front of our judges: Jill and Joanne from Dr Kershaw’s Hospice, and our other judge Evie. There was some tough competition among the team, making it a difficult decision for the judges.

There were three different award categories:

Requires Improvement: Awarded to Elliot, who made dark chocolate mini egg cornflake cups.

2nd Place: Awarded to Will, who made a delicious chocolate orange cheesecake with orange mini eggs.

1st Place: Awarded to Emilia, who made a five-layer chocolate cake with Oreo ganache filling and a decorative bunny on top

Thank you to everyone who got involved in the competition and brought in delicious bakes for the whole office park to enjoy. We raised a total of £220!  We’re proud, once again, to support our Charity of the Year: Dr Kershaw’s Hospice.
