Working on behalf of Thorngrove Developments Ltd, Urban Green led the scheme layout and design providing masterplanning, landscape architecture, arboriculture and ecology services. Collaborating closely with the project team including MAZE Planning Solutions and APL Architecture.
Coppenhall Way will see the construction of 10 townhouse style residential dwellings along with a new access road, parking and landscape improvements that respond positively to the local landscape context and character and enhance ecological value and green infrastructure.
Wilkinson House will see the conversion of a former care home to a detached residential dwelling and the construction of three detached dwellings, retaining and enhancing existing features including mature trees to the frontage using bespoke detailing, to create a formal mews development.
