Team Building Fun!

The Urban Green team took a day out from the office to promote teamworking.

It was a fantastic day with everyone taking part in various outdoor learning activities at The Anderton Centre in Rivington. This included a cream tea challenge, construction activity and raft building which all required project management, listening, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.

The highlight was definitely the cream tea challenge and raft building!
