Construction of the new 12,000 seat stadium will begin this summer, with a completion date of July 2016 set. Urban Green worked alongside Frank Whittle Partnership to develop the masterplan and overcome the challenges of the sensitive site with our arboricultural and EIA expertise.
This football and leisure development that includes a: 100 bed hotel, multi-use indoor arena and community sports pitches will provide the local area a truly fantastic venue for sport and leisure all year round. This range of facilities will help secure the future of the club and become a focal point for the surrounding community. Urban Green will look to continue their support to the project as part of the contractor design team.
