Urban Green recently took part in Taylor Wimpey’s ‘Beat the Builders’ charity 5-a-side fundraiser. Competing against 15 other teams, Urban Green was unfortunately knocked out in the Quarter Finals after progressing through a tough group.
It was a great event to be part of and very well organised and looks set to become an annual event. Most importantly, £2,300 was raised in the process for Derian House and North West Air Ambulance. Our team is looking forward to supporting the next tournament and hopefully have the chance to go all the way!
