Urban Green has developed Pre-Planning material on behalf of H2O Urban incorporating a masterplan which will see the boat marina, moorings and boat yard redeveloped and the construction of circa 96 residential units with associated infrastructure and open space. The masterplan provides a deliverable and sustainable proposal given the sensitive nature of the site and proximity to the River Weaver.
Urban Green has carried out extensive site appraisals, feasibility studies, planning policy reviews, a landscape and visual impact assessment, a townscape and local character assessment, arboriculture and ecology surveys and more recently bat surveys prior to the end of the season along with stakeholder consultation including Northwich Town Council, The Local Wildlife Trust and the Local Highway Authority.
