The Anderton Centre Team Building Day

This year's team-building day was all about adventure, team spirit and enjoying the great outdoors at the Anderton Centre.

Taking time away from the office to recharge, challenge ourselves and enjoy each other’s company is always worthwhile, and this year’s team-building day certainly didn’t disappoint!

The day was packed with exciting activities, some pushing us out of our comfort zones, from testing our aim with archery and axe throwing to taking on the exhilarating Leap of Faith. We then swapped dry land for the water, racing canoes and paddle boards across the beautiful Rivington Reservoir as teams competed to earn valuable points. Every activity counted towards the overall team score, adding a healthy dose of friendly competition.

The day wasn’t just about adventure – it was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen teamwork, build confidence and enjoy spending time together outside of the workplace. Whether taking on new challenges or cheering each other on, everyone embraced the occasion and had plenty of fun along the way.

We rounded off the evening with well-earned food and drinks at the local brewery, reflecting on a fantastic day, celebrating the winning team and sharing plenty of laughs.
