Reinvigorating an unloved caravan and camping site into a destination tourist and leisure facility

Working closely with our client, Urban Green shaped the brief and developed an innovative and commercially viable solution befitting of the greenbelt setting. Aboriculture and ecology surveys were completed to gain understand the constraints of the site. The proposed proposals and landscape masterplan reinvigorates the site and offering a high-quality tourism and leisure destination. A variety of uses include the conversion of the farmhouse to a B&B, the reinstatement of the barn to self-catering holiday cottages, a farm shop, cafe and caravan and camping facilities.

Consultation has gained support from both the local community and Planning Authority.

The planning application that will be submitted in early 2019.
