Redevelopment of an unloved caravan and camping site into a destination tourist and leisure facility

The quirkily-named Well-i-Hole Farm near Oldham represented an opportunity to restore and enhance an existing campsite into a high quality, AA-rated leisure and tourism destination.

Urban Green worked closely with our client to shape the brief and develop an innovative and commercially viable solution befitting of the greenbelt setting. Aboriculture and ecology surveys were completed to gain understand the constraints of the site.
