A planning application has now been submitted to Lancaster City Council by P4 Planning for the construction of four employment units and a gatehouse on the site – a project that comes with a projected £15m price tag.
Our landscape architects worked collaboratively with architects Bate and Taylor and consultants SCP Transport, Cudd Bentley, Gravitate Consulting, and E3P.
