Urban Green worked closely with Ollier Smurthwaite Architects to develop the public realm design resulting in a detailed planning consent.
Contemporary outdoor space created the setting for the new modern mixed-use building. A shared surface approach was adopted in line with Manual for Streets 2 principles created with high-quality natural materials to the Council’s adopted highway standards.
Mature street trees and bespoke street furniture define spaces and add character to the streetscape and the public square.
A tenth-floor communal roof garden is abundant with wildflowers providing barbecue and picnic areas.
